We will use various foods, tools, and techniques as we learn about food preparation. The class will be demonstration style, with some hands-on involvement and food sampling. Most of the preparation will not involve heat, and might include things like eggs, smoothies, drinks, dips, no bake desserts, and fruit recipes. Please let us know if there are food allergies so we can plan accordingly.
